Does Business® web hosting meet my needs?
Business® web hosting is specifically designed for professionals, as its name suggests. Whether you are an entrepreneur, a small or medium-sized business, or an association, our packages offer you the peace of mind you need to host your websites securely and reliably.
How long does it take to activate my Business® web hosting?
At Hebernow, your new Business® web hosting account is activated the same day, and usually within minutes of purchase.
Are my email sends limited?
In order to prevent any abusive use of mass-mailing, the number of emails sent per hour is limited according to the number of emails included in your package.
Is it possible to change the domain of my hosting?
Changing the primary domain of your Business® account is allowed within 30 days of your purchase. After this date, the change is not possible.
My Business® hosting has expired, is my data lost?
Your data remains available on our servers for a period of 30 days after the expiration of your service. It can be restored instantly once the renewal fees are paid.
After this first period of 30 days, your data will only remain on our backup servers for an additional period of 30 days. To restore it, a restoration fee of 499 DH HT is required.
Beyond this total period of 60 days after the expiration of the service, no recovery is possible, and the data is permanently deleted.
Can I change my hosting plan at any time?
You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. This means that you only pay the pro rata in the event of an upgrade.
